All websites are run by Meyer Group Limited (“Meyer”), company number 01443669. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, Meyer is the data controller of any personal information.

It includes use of Payment Gateways, Direct Marketing Software, On-site Personalisation Software, Social Media Platforms, Customer Relationship Management Systems and Content Management Systems. These companies may use information about you to perform their services on our behalf.

We may disclose specific information upon lawful request by government authorities, law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required or permitted by law and for tax or other purposes. We work with Epsilon Abacus (registered as Epsilon International UK Ltd), a company that manages the Abacus Alliance on behalf of UK retailers. The participating retailers are active in the clothing, collectables, food & wine, gardening, gadgets & entertainment, health & beauty, household goods, and home interiors categories. Retailers share information about their customers and what they buy. Epsilon Abacus processes this information as a processor on behalf of the retailers to help them understand consumers’ wider buying patterns.
