A square grill pan is great for grilling vegetables, such as asparagus, courgette or bell peppers. The ridges on the pan create beautiful char marks and the non-stick surface ensures that the vegetables won’t stick to the pan.
Used to buy the cheap ones at supermarkets but these have redefined my understanding of 'non-stick': fried eggs slip around without any oil, fried fish skin gets nice and crispy but doesn't get stuck to the pan. Weight and handle feels nice in the hand. It seems very durable and it's great it's a proper environmental product.

Yes, Earth Pan is dishwasher safe. However, the non-stick coating is so good it wipes clean in an instant, so you may find you don’t need to put in the dishwasher!
Our Earth Pans are suitable for all stoves, including induction. To get the best result on an induction stove, make sure the pan size fits the induction ring, and avoid frequently lifting the pan off the cooking surface.
