Used to buy the cheap ones at supermarkets but these have redefined my understanding of 'non-stick': fried eggs slip around without any oil, fried fish skin gets nice and crispy but doesn't get stuck to the pan. Weight and handle feels nice in the hand. It seems very durable and it's great it's a proper environmental product.

I have to first say that when I got it I was shocked that it's made from recycled it's a very sturdy pan considering it's made from recycled materials. The pan heats up evenly and can be easily cleaned, and leaves lovely grill marks on whatever I'm cooking.

I made a meal for 8 people and there was still room in the pot for more! As it is made of recycled materials, I was dubious, but it is very good quality and 100% non stick.

We make large batches of soup etc so this is the perfect pot, its lightweight and the two handles at the sides are very helpful when lifting (my Dad also cooks but he has arthritis in his hands so lifting is difficult) Great that it is an Eco pan too so we are doing our bit for the environment and it's great quality so worth the money. I would recommend this pan for anyone who has a big family or batch cooks, it's fantastic.
